terms of your booking order

We can only accept written cancellations, these are free of charge if
an alternative booking is made. If another booking is not possible we charge you 90 % of the agree booking price. This applies also by a later arrival and/or premature departure.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

We can only accept written cancellations.
Cancellations made three days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations or changes made later will be charged with 90% of the whole booking price unless we are able to give the room to another person.
If you won´t check-in without informing us before we will charge you 90 % of the booking price.
The booked rooms must be taken occuptation of by 6pm (18.00) unless a different time has been specifically agreed on. Otherwise the hotel is justified in letting the room to another guest.

Dogs are only allowed after pre arrangement. Price per night
are 9,-- Euro.

Our prices include bed and breakfast. No reimbursement is made if breakfast is not taken.

Parking in the near by subterranean car park is only possible for vehicles with a maximum heigh of 1.6 meters (reservation necessary). Price per night 9,-- Euro.
